This will be a PDF that has a 7 day meal plan that you can follow for four weeks as well as weekly workout plan that you can follow for at least four weeks.*

*Unlike my online coaching, this program does not include weekly check-ins and includes one modification to your meal plan. It is important that you give me as much information as possible for me to give you the plan that fits best for you oncerning the best time to eat what, and for me to know when you normally go to the gym.
